Water4Gas Installer has a very strict quality control check system. Each product is manufactured using high tensile stainless steel for the body as well as the internal system.
You will not have to worry about mechanical faults or extreme wear of the unit because there are no internal moving parts - reducing the potential for faults and increasing the life of the unit.
The unit was designed to last a long time. We have tested the unit in tropical climate and freezing cold conditions with temperatures ranging from -13° to 40° Celsius. Before releasing to the market we had rigorously tested our units to withstand normal vibration from the vehicle as well as knocks that may occur from driving on uneven roads.
Patented Cell Design Our 316L Surgical Stainless Steel Plates Make A Complete Rectangular Shape with Internal Fuel Cell Specially Designed for the least amount of Catalyst creating Higher amounts of HHO. Grade 316 is the standard molybdenum-bearing grade which has better overall corrosion resistant properties than Grade 304, particularly higher resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments. Our plates are professionally made for us in a factory. The plates are made using our own specifications. They are precision cut on a machine that produces our Patented Fuel Cells within the Rectangular Shaped Casing. Then they are manufactured and assembled here in our factory
